With over twenty years of local market experience, including restaurant franchising, management and real estate, his business insight allows his clients to make the best decisions possible. Mehdi is responsible for Investment Sales, Cap Rate Market space, netting large profits for clients and representing successful buyers. He is fearless in approaching anyone who can move a deal forward for a buyer, seller or both.

Prior to founding Island Culture Realty, Mehdi was a Commercial Realtor at SVN Southland. Before his real estate career, Mehdi spent sixteen years with IHOP Restaurants as a Franchisee, owning multiple locations in Alabama and Florida. He managed 250 employees and produced annual sales of over 7 Million Dollars.

Wendi Summers is a motivated, personable business professional with more than two decades of market experience in various industries, including broadcasting, marketing, sales and real estate in Pensacola, Florida. An original Founder and Partner of Island Culture Realty, Wendi has been involved with the company’s overall strategy, vision and growth since its start, while continuing to deliver exceptional value for her own clients each day.

Prior to founding Island Culture Realty, Wendi held positions with SVN Southland Commercial and News Radio 1620| 92.3. In addition, she is an active Board Member for The Gulf Coast Minority Chamber of Commerce, as well as a member of The National Association of Realtors and The Pensacola Association of Realtors.

Wendi utilizes her experience in marketing, negotiations, and professionalism to earn business in her career with commercial real estate. She has gained a well-deserved reputation for providing outstanding service to those she serves and believes that relationships are more important than transactions.

Born and raised in Pensacola, Scott remains dedicated and highly involved in the local community. His expertise of retail, restaurants and bars, along with his understanding of community needs makes him a valuable asset for clients.
